Heaven’s V-Wash
Instructions- Boil enough water for a douche bottle for approximately 20 minutes then add herbs. Place
lid on the pot and let stand for 15 minutes. Strain the water into douche bottle or bag. Take a shower
prior to using. Douche while the water is warm to your comfort level.
